“Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not, and a sense of humor was provided to console him for what he is.”

 Oscar Wilde, an Irish writer and poet. After writing in different forms throughout the 1880’s, he became one of London’s most popular playwrights in the early 1890’s.
